The hotel boasts new-fashioned rooms and amazing views of the well-kept garden. It is located in a marvelous and beautiful area overlooking a public square. Situated in a shopping district, it is just a short walk away from Lama Temple, Wangfujing shopping street, and vibrant street fairs offering a variety of local food.

the room we had was luxurious and tidy with lockers, comfortable beds. a separate shower and separate wc was a plus. the location was fantastic, not far from food market, the road and train station and a main shopping street with plenty of restaurants.

The hotel had welcoming and enthusiastic staff who went out of their way to help. the room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing an amazing view of the gardens. - the hotel's location was convenient, near Wangfujing Street, and had a Starbucks and Tous les Jours bakery in the mall's basement.

exceptional location of the hotel, close to the shopping street, next to the metro and next to the most prestigious hotels. views from the room on the 16th floor I think are among the best you can get in this city. attention of the personnel was exquisite, in the concierge's office they advised us perfectly on everything that we asked, even they took care of taking out the tickets of the opera and theater of the acrobatics, on having requested us a taxi-car to go to the theater one of the girls paid her personally the uber and we paid it to him later.
noise of the air conditioning. It's bearable during the day but at night it's a nightmare. we commented on it we were offered to change to another room but the noise was the same and even greater in one of the rooms we were shown, it seems that this is how it works in that hotel. space where the breakfast is made is a bit overwhelming, although they open three different spaces, tables are very close together and breakfast (rich) exhibition takes up very little space.

Very nice rooms -- styling and comfortable. Attentive service.
Food at the buffet/lounge was not so great. Somewhat stale and way overpriced. The food at the restaurants was considerably better. Also the prices at the spa were 4x higher than what you could find outside the hotel.

the room is very nice and its really luxury.. the stuffs are friendlly easy to speack with them in English... I like the swimming pool...and the best thing that I liked is the location which is close to the shooping mall just 5 min by walk and Forbbiden City or Tianmen Squire just around 10 to 15 min by walk...
When I want to sleep at night its quite noisy by the horn of cars..you can hear it..the internet quite slow somtimes... so try to choose the room not viewed to the street..
